I’m not fine. I feel depressed. Crazy thoughts flooding my mind o. I usually feel there’s something wrong with me. Sometimes I feel I’m just alone, I get so sad. Like I can’t really explain 🤦🏻‍♀

    In your leisure time, read books, play games, watch good films, walk around with friends — just don’t be idle.
